These striking and unique Leaf Coasters are perfect for your mug of tea or glass of wine! I use real leaves foraged from local arboretums and national trust locations to make these individual Leaf Coasters. Therefore, they are unique, handmade and inspired directly from nature, mimicking the seasonal colours we all love.
4 types of leaf coaster packs are available
Variety Packs:
1. Rustic Green Leaf Coasters (Variety Pack of 4 different leaves)
2. Autumn Red Leaf Coasters (Variety Pack of 4 different leaves)
Each variety pack contains 4 coasters in varying shaped leaves (as shown in the image examples). Some leaf types may vary depending on the season. Often there is a choice, so when I receive your order I will send you images to choose from.

3. Green Heart Shaped Penny Hedge Leaf Coasters (4 of the same leaf design)
4. Green Geranium Leaf Coasters (4 of the same leaf design)
All coasters are backed with green velvet felt.
Making Process
During the making process, I use a unique leaf to make an impression in clay and then cut around the impression into a coaster size shape. I use a wide firing range clay to make each piece and depending on the final colour variation, I fire the piece twice between 1055 – 1260 degrees. This allows different colours to mature in the kiln depending on the glaze recipe.
Product Details
Dimensions vary depending on the leaf used, so the largest coaster design is typically 13 x 15 cm leaf face. The smallest design is 8 x 12 cm leaf face. All sized designs are suitable for mugs, wine glasses and cups. They are all backed with green velvet felt so suitable for any surface.
Variations
Every leaf used in the making is unique, so this means every coaster is unique. I will aim to match colours to the images shown as closely as possible, however there will be variations in shade and depth of colour.
Care
Wipe top surface clean with a damp cloth. Avoid washing in water to prevent damage to the felt backing.
